As part of The First Five Days, Alphabetter offers the new paradigm for learning. We have created a cutting edge literacy practice, and can't wait for you to try it. The fun activities in Alphabetter surprise everyone--be prepared to find out that you are smarter than you think you are (even if you know you are smart).
We also invite you to make Alphabetter even better. The more virtual lessons there are for Alphabetter, the more choices everyone has to find their preferred learning style. If you can think of a way to get the messages across that are fun and work, you can turn your idea into an enterprise for a learning object. If it is really popular, you may even earn money for it!
Alternatively, you may find inspiration for a different type of Virtual Mayor enterprise. This is the time for everyone to begin the process of becoming a Virtual Mayor, and you are supported every step of the way. Plus, as a Virtual Mayor you also connect with others (locally and online) who want to improve life on the planet in the same way you do. While you design and implement projects together, you also reveal your ability to understand issues, communicate effectively and show measurable results for your efforts.
We all know that people can change the world in powerful ways. Look what happened in India when a few children were empowered to be the change.
